Technical Support Service Agreement: Normally there is no charge to support programs or services provided by JohnsonServices (except as noted on those individual programs) as long as the programs are being use in the proper manner and in the operating environment for which they were designed. (This does not apply to providing information that is already in user documentation or reference articles, computer systems, networks, other third-party products.)
